Goals

A goal is a daily time target Vetroscope tracks for you. Manage them in Settings → Goals; active goals show live progress at the top of Home.

  • Total daily — a target for your overall active time.
  • App — time in one app (“2h in After Effects”).
  • Tag — time carrying a tag. A parent tag’s goal counts its whole branch, so a goal on “Clients” tracks every client under it.

Set the daily target in hours and minutes. Goals can be edited or disabled anytime without losing their history.

When a goal’s bar fills, it flips to Goal met! — with confetti, if Particle effects is on (Settings → Appearance; it respects your system’s reduced-motion preference).

Click a goal for its detail panel:

  • a 30-day heatmap of hit and missed days,
  • your current streak,
  • your best day, and totals over time.

Goals sync across devices, and progress counts time from all synced devices combined — an hour on the laptop plus an hour at the desk both move the same bar.
