Reminders
Vetroscope has two kinds of nudges: automatic break reminders driven by how long you’ve been working, and reminders you schedule yourself.
Break reminders
Section titled “Break reminders”Settings → Reminders → Enable break reminders, then set Remind every in minutes. The clock counts continuous work — going idle resets it, so you’re only nudged when you’ve genuinely been at it that long without a pause.
Your own reminders
Section titled “Your own reminders”Create reminders from Settings → Reminders or the Reminders button in the Home header:
- One-shot — a date and time, once.
- Repeating — pick the weekdays it fires on, with optional start and end dates.
Times follow your Time format setting (12 or 24 hour).
How reminders appear
Section titled “How reminders appear”Two channels, each with its own toggle in Settings → Notifications:
- A native system notification — the standard macOS or Windows banner.
- A sticky in-app card that stays put until dismissed — for reminders that shouldn’t vanish after five seconds. Turning the card off leaves the native notification on.
Reminders sync, so one created on your desktop fires on your laptop too — each device shows it once.
